In an interview with TheWrap, “Fantasy” creator Jeff Kober and the network said that the show will focus on the worlds of “Cartland,” “The Cartoon Network,” “Cartastrophe” and the “Cartman” franchise.
“The ‘Cartoon Kingdom’ episode will focus exclusively on the world of ‘Cartland,’ and will be an exploration of the characters, the world, and the world’s world.
The episode will also include a guest role for ‘The Cartoon World’s King, the animated King, in an upcoming episode of ‘The Legend of Korra’ and a special animation for ‘Adventure Time.'”

The “My Best Friend’s Boyfriend” episode of the new “CartCast” episode “My Worst Friend’s Girlfriend” is based “around the story of an aspiring animator named ‘Hank the Animator,'” the network tweeted.
The series will be set in “a world where a new kind of animator is in the making.”
“My Best Friends” will also feature “a guest appearance from “The Simpsons” creator Matt Groening, who will join the cast as “the new ‘Hanks’ character,” the network added.
